We recently purchased a lodge from Caravantastic. I would just like to say that the service we received from your team was absolutely second to none! Courntney went above and beyond. She gave us total confidence when purchasing, always answered any questions we had, promptly and efficiently. She was extremely professional with a friendly disposition, and pulled our delivery together with her expertise and commitment. I suspect that without this the sale and delivery would not have gone ahead, as it was a logistical nightmare! The delivery team were superb, both Anthony and Harry came and did a rekey before delivery, again answering any questions. Anthony and his team worked extremely hard getting the lodge down the track which was a really difficult path to negotiate. Lots of trees to either cut down or dodge but all with hardly any damage. Harry and his team along with Anthony worked really hard together, again it was a difficult siting as we are on a flood plain so it had to go up really high. I think they said it was one of the highest they had sited. I would like to pass on my heart felt thanks to Courtney, Anthony and Harry we are really pleased with the whole process and would not have any hesitation to recommending your company. I give caravantastic 5* i thought offer was fair, their communication was very good from start to finish, the form for contract between the two of us was so easy to follow & fill out, in fact it was al done really you just read & sign. All in all no stress at all, a great experience. Mr T Saw
